1. How to get a quote?
Please kindly send us detailed drawings of your parts, including specifications such as Materials, Surface Treatment, Tolerance, and Quantity.
2. How does the payment process work?
We offer flexible payment terms and accept various payment methods including T/T and PayPal.
3. How do I know about the production?
We will reconfirm your requirements and provide a sample before mass production as requested. During production, we will regularly update you on our progress until all parts are completed and inspected.
4. How do I know about the delivery?
Prior to shipment, we will confirm all details with you, including the Commercial Invoice (CI) and other pertinent matters. Post-shipment, we will provide the tracking number and continuous updates on the shipment status.
5. What will you do for after-sales?
