1. How to get a quote?
Please kindly send us the drawings of your parts with specifications including Materials, Surface treatment, Tolerance, and Quantity.
2. How does the payment process work?
Our payment terms are flexible. We accept various payment methods such as T/T, Paypal, etc.
3. How do I know about the production?
We will double-check your requirements and provide a sample before mass production, as per your request. During mass production, we will keep you updated on our progress at regular intervals until all parts are completed and inspected.
4. How do I know about the delivery?
Before shipment, we will confirm all details with you, including the CI and any other considerations. After dispatch, we will provide you with the tracking number and continuously update you with the latest shipping information.
