Kindly provide us with detailed drawings of your parts, including material specifications, surface treatments, tolerances, and quantities.
2. How does the payment process work?
Our payment terms are flexible. We accept various payment methods, including T/T and PayPal.
3. How do I know about the production?
We will confirm your requirements and provide a sample before mass production. Throughout the production process, we will keep you informed with regular progress updates until all parts are completed and inspected.
4. How do I know about the delivery?
Prior to shipment, we will confirm all details with you, including the Commercial Invoice (CI) and any special considerations. Once shipped, we will provide the tracking number and continuously update you on the shipping status.
5. What will you do for after-sales?
