1. How to get a quote?
Please kindly send us detailed drawings of your parts, including specifications such as Materials, Surface Treatment, Tolerance, and Quantity.
2. How does the payment process work?
Our payment terms are flexible. We accept various payment methods including T/T and PayPal.
3. How do I know about the production?
We will reconfirm your requirements and provide a sample before mass production as requested. Throughout the production process, we will regularly update you on our progress until all parts are completed and inspected.
4. How do I know about the delivery?
Prior to shipment, we will confirm all details with you, including the Commercial Invoice (CI) and any other special instructions. Post-dispatch, we will provide the tracking number and keep you updated with the latest shipping status.
