1. How to get a quote?
Please kindly send us the detailed drawings of your parts, including specifications such as Materials, Surface Treatment, Tolerance, and Quantity.
2. How does the payment process work?
Our payment terms are flexible. We accept various payment methods, including T/T and Paypal.
3. How do I know about the production?
We will double-check your requirements and provide you with a sample before commencing mass production. Throughout the production process, we will keep you updated on our progress at regular intervals until all parts are completed and inspected.
4. How do I know about the delivery?
Prior to shipment, we will confirm all details with you, including the Commercial Invoice (CI) and any other pertinent information. Once shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number and continuously update you with the latest shipping information.
