1.How to get a quote?
Please send us detailed drawings of your parts, including material specifications, surface treatments, tolerances, and quantities.
2.How does the payment process work?
We offer flexible payment terms. Various payment methods are accepted, including T/T and PayPal.
3.How do I know about the production?
We will confirm your requirements and provide a sample before mass production. Throughout production, regular progress updates will be shared until all parts are completed and inspected.
4.How do I know about the delivery?
Prior to shipment, we will confirm all details with you, including the Commercial Invoice (CI) and any special instructions. Post-shipment, we will provide the tracking number and continuous updates on shipping status.
5.What will you do for after sales?
