Please send us detailed drawings of your parts, including specifications such as materials, surface treatments, tolerances, and quantities.
2. What are the payment terms?
Our payment terms are flexible. We accept various payment methods, including T/T and Paypal.
3. How will I be informed about the production status?
We will double-check your requirements and provide a sample before mass production as requested. During mass production, we will regularly update you on our progress until all parts are completed and inspected.
4. How do I receive delivery updates?
Prior to shipment, we will confirm all details with you, including CI and other specific concerns. After dispatch, we will provide the tracking number and continuously update you on the latest shipping status.
