Please kindly send us the drawings of your parts, including specifications such as materials, surface treatment, tolerance, and quantity.
2. How does the payment process work?
We offer flexible payment terms and accept various payment methods including T/T and Paypal.
3. How do I know about the production?
We will double-check your requirements and provide a sample before mass production as per your request. Throughout the production process, we will regularly update you on our progress until all parts are completed and thoroughly inspected.
4. How do I know about the delivery?
Before shipment, we will confirm all details with you, including the Commercial Invoice (CI) and any other important considerations. After dispatch, we will provide you with the tracking number and keep you updated with the latest shipping information.
