Kindly send us the detailed drawings of your parts, including specifications such as Materials, Surface Treatment, Tolerance, and Quantity.
2. How does the payment process work?
We offer flexible payment terms and accept various payment methods, including T/T and PayPal.
3. How do I track the production process?
We will double-check your requirements and provide a sample before mass production, as per your request. Throughout the production process, we will regularly update you on our progress until all parts are completed and inspected.
4. How do I track the delivery?
Prior to shipment, we will confirm all details with you, including the Commercial Invoice (CI) and any specific concerns. Once shipped, we will provide the tracking number and continuously update you with the latest shipping information.
